The first factory is located in Huanghua Town, Zhucheng City, Shandong Province, specializing in the research, development, and manufacturing of cams and indexers; the second factory is situated in the High-Tech Development Zone of Zhucheng City, Shandong Province; the third factory is in Kunshan City, Jiangsu Province, engaged in the research, development, and manufacturing of CNC rotary tables. The company has successively established Zhucheng HONEPAN Automation Machinery Factory, Shandong Xitu Machinery Technology Co., Ltd., and HONEPAN Precision Transmission (Shandong) Co., Ltd. Founded in 2007, the company manufactured its first cam indexer independently in a 200-square-meter production workshop with an initial team of only 7 employees. Since then, we have been consistently exploring new markets, procuring advanced equipment, and developing innovative manufacturing processes.
In 2010, we successfully developed China’s first 100-station cylindrical cam indexer, a milestone in the domestic industry.
In 2011, HONEPAN pioneered the full precision grinding process for cams in China, optimizing the entire manufacturing workflow of cam indexers and elevating our products to the high-precision category. The same year, we developed China’s largest and heaviest-duty cam indexer with a 500mm distance between the input and output shafts and a load capacity of 12 tons, which garnered widespread attention in both domestic and international markets.
The years from 2012 to 2014 witnessed the rapid development of the HONEPAN brand.
In 2015, the construction of our new production base commenced, which was successively reported by local TV stations and newspapers, marking the beginning of a period of steady and high-speed growth for the company.
In 2018, we established cooperation with international trading companies to explore the global market on a trial basis.
In 2023, we started building our second manufacturing plant in the High-Tech Development Zone.

Multiple inspection methods are employed, including laser projection for inspecting cam roughness and hardness testers for checking cam hardness. A series of processes—forging, rough turning, quenching and tempering, precision turning, rough grinding, quenching, sandblasting, and precision grinding—undergo strict and precise inspection. Each process is documented for future reference, with clear accountability assigned to specific personnel.
HONEPAN cam indexers consist of just one cam and a roller turret. Through their mechanical structure, they convert the continuous rotation of the cam input shaft into the intermittent motion (rotation and stopping) of the output shaft.
